JoAnne Marlow is a People Strategist and a team engagement expert. She is a leading authority, best-selling author, and thought leader in developing high performing teams.

Her mission is to reverse the all too common feeling people have that “work sucks”, by helping companies create systems that reframe their teams’ mindsets into more positive feelings about their jobs. With a diverse professional background in both private and public sectors in business and education, she served as an educator and leader in management for a worldwide corporation, as well as in secondary and college education. Passionate about life-long learning, she has degrees from Simon Fraser University in Economics and Commerce, and Education. She earned an MA in Leadership from Royal Roads University, and as a Board Certified Life Coach, she graduated from Coach Inc. University, FL. She is a Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
